The purpose of this Website Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you may provide to us while visiting this website. You may browse our site anonymously but certain functions and pages may be unavailable to you. We collect information from you when you place a donation, place an order or request genealogical research.

When ordering a product, making a donation or requesting research hours, as appropriate, you may be asked to provide personal details such as name, e–mail address, postal address, phone number or credit card information as needed.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

    1. To process any donations you may have made via the Donations section
    2. To process any research hours you may have purchased via the Genealogy section
    3. To process any publications or articles you may have purchased via the Online store

If you place a donation, an acknowledgement of that donation is sent to the relevant charity contact. If you request research hours an email is sent to the RCB Library to further progress your query.

If you purchase an item, an email is sent to progress your order & dispatch.
