Giving to the Church of Ireland

General Donations

::Emergency Flood Relief Appeal::
Extensive hardship is being experienced in many places across the island of Ireland as a result of recent floods. People have been left without food, shelter, warmth and clothing as a result of flooding and water damage. The Archbishops and Bishops are leading a Church of Ireland response to this crisis to raise funds to provide small grants to help people with immediate needs. The Archbishops and Bishops ask you to respond with generosity to the Church of Ireland Flood Relief Appeal.
Funds will be administered with the help of Protestant Aid, a charitable body with extensive experience in the provision of welfare assistance and, where applicable, through parishes or other local, charitable agencies.
Click here to donate directly to the Flood Relief Appeal, or click on the ‘Choose a Donations Area’ button below.
This special Flood Relief Appeal is on behalf of the Archbishops and Bishops of the Church of Ireland, but is separate to the work of the Bishops’ Appeal.

Your generous financial support can support the Church of Ireland in extending its Christian outreach across the island in many practical ways.  Donations will be gratefully received for various aspects of the Church’s work and witness, ranging from ‘Long Term Church’  (click here), (initiatives to make positive and meaningful contributions to parishes and communities over the next 20 years) to ministry and mission plans to the active conservation and stewardship of the Church’s rich cultural and built heritage.
